Namdalseid officials wanted to evaluate their services using the UIU-method.
The service users were happy with the municipal services, and felt they had a good collaboration with the services. They were not unsatisfied with the preservation of their patient rights, but still requested more information on this topic. Terms like “individual plan” and “service user involvement” were little known. The officials had trouble concretizing how service user involvement is ensured at a systematic level, and struggles to inform the service users what services are available outside of opening hours.
