User Interviews User Evaluation – Steinkjer municipality

In 2006, Steinkjer agreed to take part in a pilot survey for User Interviews User. The municipality recruited users from different services in the mental health sector.

In regards to collaboration, the users of work initiatives felt it important to view the entire life situation of the individual patient.
Many were unaware of individual plans. It was pointed out that the municipality had great challenges in informing about its services. The participants had different ideas about the degree of server user involvement was being implemented. How much they were able to influence, varied from service to service.
